The room was good. But after I was there for two hours. A high pitch noise was coming from the bathroom. Thinking it might just be front the plumbing. I waited for a while it was there still two hours into the stay. So I alerted the front desk. She came immediately to investigate. She offered me another room with double beds and also let me used the jaetted tub in the other room for the night. Since maintenance was not going to be there until morning. Maintenance technician came that night but since I had already changed rooms and was in the other room (with the squeal, they let me be. It was an okay stay. Didn't get the chance to get the breakfast. But the staff was excellent and the room was okay mainly because of the noise in the bathroom. But the staff handled it well.

We were unable to check into the room we reserved. We specifically booked a king suite with whirlpool tub. They advertised “pet friendly” with no room restrictions online in their policies. Apparently they don’t allow animals on the 2nd floor. Was not compensated or refunded for my room. The desk attendant advised they had a hot tub in the pool area in lieu of the in-room jacuzzi. Sadly we didn’t bring swimwear as we paid for a tub in our room. The tv wouldn’t work in our replacement suite and we had to get attendant help from the front. She was very nice and explained “sorry the tvs are just so old”…she spent 10 minutes trying 8-10 different remotes until one finally worked. We haven’t even finished our stay but I can positively say we won’t return.
