Walls are paper thin. Had to call because people next door were making noise well into midnight. Pool/spa were closed. Coffee is watery.

They did not provide cleaning service unless you asked for it. We stayed a week. We asked for cleaning service on the 3rd day but when we returned to our room late that night we found it hadn't been cleaned. Since we had thrown our towels on the floor so they would get exchanged during the cleaning service, we needed to ask for fresh towels, but since it was so late we decided to call the front desk in the morning. After calling the front desk to get fresh towels they told us we would have to come down to get them. My wife was in her pajamas and didn't want to go down to get them but the front desk refused to send them up. When I went down to get the towels from the front desk I complained that we hadn't received the cleaning service we had requested and that is why we needed towels. The girl at the front desk apologized and assured me it would happen that day. When we returned to our room that night they had still not cleaned our room but had delivered 4 clean towels which we didn't need since we had gone down to the front desk and gotten our own. By this time we were out of toilet paper and once again had to go down and get it at the front desk. When I returned to my room I decided to make some coffee and found that the coffee maker didn't work. I called the front desk and complained again and this time the girl at the front desk brought one up to our room. The next day we did get some cleaning service but they left our garbage and didn't make the beds.
I will stay at the Hampton inn in West Jordan every time I’m in salt lake. The bed snd pillows were the best I can remember at any over night. The staff was A , friendly, responsive, and efficient. I recommend this location more.
Clean & quiet
I shouldn’t have picked a room near the outside door. I thought it would be convenient, which it was, but it was quite noisy with people coming and going and the door slamming.
Nice room. Property was clean and nice. The beds sucked!
I like the fact that they have a hot breakfast, workout room, and pool.
Cold pool.over all a good placs to stay. Hreat location for our needs.
Everything was top notch! We had 3 rooms and 9 adults and 3 kids and we had a great stay! Breakfast was awesome! Well done!!
