I called ahead and was told there was semi truck parking but when I got there, I was told that they would not guarantee my truck would not be towed with no where else to park. I was leaving early so took my chances. The toilet flusher was on top of the toilet but with the towel rack they had installed you almost couldn't get your fingers in to flush. The towel rack also prevented the seat cover from opening all the way so it slowly closed while you were peeing and would dig into your back when you sat. The room we stayed in had a pull out bed with no bedding. Went to the front desk to get some and they didn’t have a blanket. Breakfast was awful. They are in the middle of updating. Maybe it will be better when they are done?

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The hotel is also very close to a busy freeway, resulting in constant traffic noise that made it difficult to rest. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and subpar quality, which did not feel worth advertising as an amenity. The staff appeared undertrained or unsure when asked basic questions, making it difficult to get clear or consistent information. Additionally, after checkout I noticed multiple unexplained $5 charges on my card, and I have not received my incidental deposit back, despite the fact that I did not damage the room or incur any extra charges. This lack of clarity around billing was frustrating and concerning. Overall, the experience fell short due to noise, limited amenities, customer service issues, and unresolved billing concerns. I hope these matters are addressed to improve future guest experiences.

I noticed a few comments about the smoke alarm going off. We got woken up at 2:30am to a sound low battery beep. We called the front desk to see if we can get a battery but she didn’t quite know where there was some. She was very polite and offered a room change but we had all our stuff everywhere. We suffered thru the beeping sound cause we didn’t know if we could take out the battery without the possibility of setting off all. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. Maybe store some extra batteries in the office junk drawer! :-)
