The hotel is nice and still feels new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for walking to restaurant and bars. Our only complaint was the wall seem to be quite thin, and we could hear other guests in the rooms next to us a little too clearly at times.

The bar is always a great time. Very classy. Good drink variety as well. We did not have the breakfast.

The staff was not friendly or attentive and there was only one person at the reception desk with a long line of people waiting. For the price this hotel was lacking service, the rooms are mediocre and I would never want to stay long term. There are many better options for less money in downtown Salt Lake. Parking was also subpar as it was shared with another facility and it was a walk unless you used valet.
