The staff were very nice and helpful. Facility a bit outdated and tiles in bathroom could use a deep cleaning but overall nice stay. Double decker buses and birdhouses were fun.

Cute factor was a London Double-decker bus that is parked outside the hotel and i side were a variety of Double Decker toys and artwork. Lobby snacks of popcorn and cookies were a nice welcome

My furnace at home broke down and I just came for 1 night until it could be fixed. I arrived at Baymont about 1am. I asked the night clerk if I could stay beyond the 11am check out time since I came so late and she said yes. In the morning, however, the manager pounded on my door and threatened to call police if I didn't vacate immediately. I can understand if the message didn't get through to the manager but she was very rude and called the police. The officer who came said it was ok for me to stay on the premises past 11am so I wasn't getting in my car to drive when I was still drowsy. The manager could have been accommodating and cut some slack to a customer that had just had a difficult and late night. I expect better service from a manager.

Staff could have been friendlier but they were kind enough so no huge complaints. Room was good and clean and checkout came up and knocked on our door right at 11 to remind us for checkout

I really enjoyed the bed and the room had all i needed. The property as well is wonderfull. I just wish it had longer hours on the pool and excercise room.
