This place is well kept, the staff is friendly, it's a nice place to stay in Midland, Michigan. The restaurant serves good tasting food at a reasonable price.

Nice property. Only complaint is the stupid fact that orange juice wasnot on the buffet, and the charge was $2.00. Thant's just wrong.

Property on the outside was great looking but inside needs to be updated. Restaurant on site is border line expensive. Pool and hot tub were nice as long as children we're not in it at same time as adults. Restaurant should not be allowed to serve alcohol in pool area.

Free coffee 24/7. Pool is large and clean. Wonderful indoor/outdoor hot tub. Nice porch around it to visit or for sunbathing. Sports bar next to pool and waitstaff comes out for food, drinks etc. rooms large and comfortable a/c is quiet and comfortable. Fridge, microwave etc.

The new facility is amazing. Quite spacious and welcoming and up to date. Although when we checked in and was given an incorrect room with the wrong bed size they quickly remedied the situation by bringing a new set of room keys for a different room. Everything was great.

Front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. The wait staff in the restaurant were not up to par. Never checked back with us or brought our bill. We had to wait while a group of waitresses were chatting by the bar. Breakfast was good!

The hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant. Our room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable.

It was a very comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

Great staff, comfortable beds. Sounds from hallway too easy to hear.

Just a quick overnight stay - mostly just slept there. It was clean and nice. Beds could have been firmer but....

Nice hotel, friendly staff, scraped all the snow off our car early in the morning! Nice game room and pool.

Was close to the fairgrounds. Kids love the pool. Will stay again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, well maintained property. I did not care for some of the lighting features, mostly a master switch that often got turned off and therefore unable to turn on the bathroom light. Had I stayed more than a night I may have gotten used to it, but it was annoying.

We booked the hotel in order to go to the Midland Antiques festival. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. The staff were courteous and the room was well appointed and clean. Although we didn't utilize the amenities, the swimming pool appeared to be a hit with visiting families with children. The hotel's location next to the shopping mall and other big box stores was also a bonus.

I made a 10 day stay and was treated wonderfully the entire time.

Excellent family getaway. Staff was always willing to accommodate. Very friendly!
