This was by far the best Hampton we have ever stayed in. If they were all like this one, we would always stay in a Hampton. If you are in Russellville you should stay here. A+

Not impressed

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in this hotel. I booked two rooms. One room had a bad odor when we arrived so we requested a new room. They moved us to a new room and that one's air didn't work. It was hot and stuffy throughout the night. I also felt like the rooms weren't well cleaned. There was a gum wrapper on the table when we walked in and the bed spreads seemed dingy.

It's definitely a hotel that allows animals

You can tell that a lot of people stay here with pets... The odor in the place was much like a bad nursing home only worse because of the animal smell. I will not stay here again.

The carpet on the stiars was filthy. The internet was not working on Day 1. Thankfully, it was working on Day 2 as I had work to complete. No housekeeping during 2-night stay, which I was surprised by.

Electric outlets in room did not work. Coffee creamer in lobby (my favorite) was empty on arrival Fri until leaving Mon. To test staff I informed them upon leaving and response was "well, I don't use it so I wouldn't know." Personally left a wake up call and never received.
