Stopped at this hotel while traveling through. They are doing some construction. There was a bunch of beeping noises that started fairly early and was uncomfortable to our ears. The breakfast was very basic. The eggs/frittatas were not great. Clean rooms and the bed was comfy.

We previously stayed in Russellville at another hotel and loved it. This one had high reviews and looked nice so we decided to stay here for a 3 day weekend. When we got there, most of the building outside was under construction- and I mean concrete ripped up, the La Quinta sign was missing and caution tape at the front door. We stll decided to stay since they were friendly. The room had the smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling above our bed with the ground wire missing. The hotel is pet friendly, which we don't normally have issues with but there was a small dog next door that consistently barked throughout the night and entire next day as though it was left alone. The dog poop smell was apparent and at one point we watched a woman check in with two obvious dogs and 5 dog carriers. I'm sorry but this is a recipe for disaster. We ended up leaving a day early since we couldnt take the barking any longer. We will not be staying here in the future.
