Exactly what you would expect; you won’t be surprised. I enjoyed my stay here; clean, pleasant staff, good breakfast, quiet!!! One very small problem was that someone hung the DND sign on my door for me and the room wasn’t cleaned for the 2nd day’s stay. Weird-Since I was alone... can’t imagine how this happened, but I’m not going to point fingers. There were more than enough towels.

We spent one night here on a recent trip to the Ozarks and it was the best hotel of our trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast attendant was great, greeting everyone and asking if they needed anything in the breakfast area and stopping by the tables. Nice selection of foods for breakfast including two kinds of eggs, two meats, chipped beef with hot biscuits, and the usual fruits and yogurts, juices and hot beverages. The location was great for getting a meal with several restaurants nearby. The ones we saw in the hotel vicinity were Cracker Barrel, Colton's Steakhouse, The Dixie Cafe and one of the popular sub places. There was a shopping center nearby too. They did have a sign up about the upcoming construction so check on that if you tend to sleep later or ask for a room away from the noise.

Nicely refurbished property, which was more than offset by jack hammers in front of our room at 8:30! Tried to call front desk, but my phone did not work. Later learned this work was planned and that the hotel had plenty of availability, including the rooms away from the hotel. So much for sleeping in on a long weekend vacation day. Breakfast was below average for a Fairfield Inn. Very nice fall decorations in the lobby.

Very nice, friendly front desk folks. The hotel is in need of updates. The room had a musty odor, but was clean. Breakfast was sub-par. No oatmeal. The explanation was that they had not received a delivery. Same story about the lack of anything in the way of bread except for some pastries and sliced loaf bread. Disappointing.

Stayed one night on our way up to Eureka Springs. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We did go down for breakfast, the breakfast area was clean and the food seemed fresh, the biscuits and gravy were very good. All in all a very clean and comfortable room. If we are in the area again we will stay at this Marriott

Nice quiet hotel that even has a computer business center across from the front desk. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is helpful, too. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast with the nicest breakfast attendant!

Excellent staff, Rooms were nice and clean, we stayed the night before early move in on campus for my Freshman at Tech. Very quiet even though the hotel was booked. Also had an excellent selection for breakfast. Highly Recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a family wedding. Every member of the staff we encountered treated us with friendliness and courtesy, and they were always helpful. The woman attending the breakfast was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Check in was fast and accurate. Our suite was roomy and well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was quite in our room, no noise from other guests or from outside. Decor was modern and in excellent condition. Lighting in the bedroom included headboard lighting to read by, very nice. Adequate parking. Convenient to several restaurants. We would most certainly return and recommend this location to others.

Had a king room and was small but accommodating. Bed was so hard I think the floor was softer. We bring our own pillows so cannot tell you if they are comfortable, but there were 4 on the bed. The AC made horrible noise all night and barely cooled the room. I felt like it sounded like a Mac truck but my husband swore it was an idling Harley. I let them know when we checked out. Although the room was clean and had hot water for showers. However, the uncomfortableness of the bed and the AC noise and lack of cold room I would not stay again.

Very nice stay at this motel. Clean and staff was very nice . Fairfield Inn is almost always a great place to stay. Glad they have "no pets"; would not want to sleep in a bed that may have occupied an animal; even though I love animals.
