We stayed here one night on our way home from AZ. Brayden at check in was very professional, polite, and accommodating. Our room #313 was a King Executive which was quite spacious with 2 TV's. It was located right of the elevator but was quiet none the less. Breakfast is free and has the usual items.
Stopped in Russellville to visit Mount Nebo and Blanchard Springs. Spent 2 very restful nights here!! Very clean, came with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with good coffee as well. King size bed was amazingly comfy and the TV gave an option for logging into my Netflix account so i could continue birdwatching my shows while on vacation! Friendly staff and they provided a very tasty breakfast each morning!
Thank you for the great night.. Enjoyed my rest. Very nice lady on night shift. Very clean you can tell house keeping pays close attention to detail. I like that , no dirt build up in corners. Breakfast was hot / cold eggs , omlets, bacon and cold cereals. I will be back awesome job...
Stopped here after 10 hours on the road. Front desk staff (night and morning) were friendly and accommodating. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Best shower head I’ve had in a hotel. Breakfast was very plentiful with a lot of healthy options like fresh cut fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and boiled eggs. Amanda was awesome and when changing out some of the options came over to tell us about the new items. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
Exactly what you would expect; you won’t be surprised. I enjoyed my stay here; clean, pleasant staff, good breakfast, quiet!!! One very small problem was that someone hung the DND sign on my door for me and the room wasn’t cleaned for the 2nd day’s stay. Weird-Since I was alone... can’t imagine how this happened, but I’m not going to point fingers. There were more than enough towels.
We spent one night here on a recent trip to the Ozarks and it was the best hotel of our trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast attendant was great, greeting everyone and asking if they needed anything in the breakfast area and stopping by the tables. Nice selection of foods for breakfast including two kinds of eggs, two meats, chipped beef with hot biscuits, and the usual fruits and yogurts, juices and hot beverages. The location was great for getting a meal with several restaurants nearby. The ones we saw in the hotel vicinity were Cracker Barrel, Colton's Steakhouse, The Dixie Cafe and one of the popular sub places. There was a shopping center nearby too. They did have a sign up about the upcoming construction so check on that if you tend to sleep later or ask for a room away from the noise.
Nicely refurbished property, which was more than offset by jack hammers in front of our room at 8:30! Tried to call front desk, but my phone did not work. Later learned this work was planned and that the hotel had plenty of availability, including the rooms away from the hotel. So much for sleeping in on a long weekend vacation day. Breakfast was below average for a Fairfield Inn. Very nice fall decorations in the lobby.
Very nice, friendly front desk folks. The hotel is in need of updates. The room had a musty odor, but was clean. Breakfast was sub-par. No oatmeal. The explanation was that they had not received a delivery. Same story about the lack of anything in the way of bread except for some pastries and sliced loaf bread. Disappointing.
Stayed one night on our way up to Eureka Springs. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We did go down for breakfast, the breakfast area was clean and the food seemed fresh, the biscuits and gravy were very good. All in all a very clean and comfortable room. If we are in the area again we will stay at this Marriott
Nice quiet hotel that even has a computer business center across from the front desk. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is helpful, too. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast with the nicest breakfast attendant!
