Location is close to city center. Walkable to all the main sites. The elevator in the building was out the day we arrived so we had to walk up five flights of stairs but we didn’t mind it. Staff and cleanliness make up for it.

Good hotel and room, close to train station

This is was a great hotel for our one-night stay in Rome. We wanted a place convenient to Roma Termini and also walking distance to some of the key sites and restaurants. This was a great location, very reasonably priced, and spacious room in good condition. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would suggest a bit more description in how to find the hotel, itself, but quick contact with the staff, and we were in good shape. I did realize I missed a direction in the Hotels app to let the staff know 24-48 hours ahead when you plan to arrive. If I had done so, that likely would have alleviated the brief difficulty in finding the hotel entrance.

We had a kate check in that was made easy with instructions on how to enter property and room. The wiman at front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to main attractions, food/drink and metro.

This was our final hotel on a 16 day trip. It was an interesting place. There is rarely staff at the desk, and the rooms are located on the fifth floor of an unmarked building. Without the address, you will never find it. Inside is an old-fashioned elevator That can hold no more than three people with no luggage. The room itself was clean but pretty small for three people. The bathroom was modern and clean, but the toilet seat was loose and would shift when you sat down. I let the front desk know about this by note on the first morning there. We did encounter a staff member that afternoon, and I asked him if it had been fixed and he said he had not had time to go out and get a replacement, but that he would get it done. two days later it was not fixed. They provided breakfast come in boxes made by I’m guessing a local bakery. They pretty much consist of pastries and a little bit of fruit. There is also a coffee machine in the eating area. There was cereal and several types of packaged cookies. The only thing missing was some milk or juice of any sort. It’s conveniently located about two blocks in any direction from the bus route and about five minutes to the metro. We only saw one other guest in our three days there and a desk attendant for only about five minutes. It’s very much on the honor system of picking up and leaving your keys. Make sure to read the instructions that they send you with the codes on how to get into the building. You need two different codes to get in.

If you want a true local experience, stay here. It is older but awesome. It is very small is a large building with sub-"hotels" inside. The breakfast is nice and right outside the main door the building is an AMAZING restaurant. It is conveniently locating to major sites, you can walk around Rome easily. LOVE IT!!!!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was larger than most in Rome. They provided a boxed breakfast with sweet pastries and a fruit cup. A good coffee, cappuccino, espresso maker was available for guests to use.

This hotel was an excellent stay in the heart of Rome. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The windows in the room open so you can look out over the streets. The bathrooms were large and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bed was a little firm but didn't stop us from a hard night's rest after sightseeing all day. There was a coffee machine in the cute lobby that made expresso, Cappuccino, american coffee, and several other choices. They provided ceramic cups of all varieties to match your selection in the machine. The two gentlemen we interecated wirhat the hotel lobby were kind and most helpful, especially Jo Jo. There was a fridge with cold water and milk for breakfast items as well as light snacks of buscuits and such to go with your coffee. Each morning a breakfast box was waiting for us with fresh croissants, breads, biscuits, and fresh fruit cup. Prefect way to start the day. A Cappuccino and a croissant. The hotel is on the very top floor onec you are inside the building. You need a code for the door so be sure to communicate with the hotel before you get there so you can get it. I made this mistake but it was resolved quickly. There is an elevator in the building which is super helpful for suitcases. We could easily walk to a lot of sites, shops, and restaurants. I would stay again and hope to some day soon. Highly recommend!

Excellent location.

Hotel is on the 6th floor, but there is elevator access. Excellent hosts at the front desk. Location can't be beat. Less than a 5 min walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the train station.
