Apartment was renewed at some point, but it has not been maintained or deep cleaned since then. The location and price is fairly good, but there are too many issues like: no toilet seat = no problem according to the landlord, mold in shower, intermittent ice cold water in shower, no air conditioning in living room where second bed is, very squeaky and uncomfortable sofa bed, and quite noisy street at night, broken door lock and elevator door. We could not sleep due to heat and noise. I would not return, nor recommend to a friend.
