My bed was made. However, I know the bed sheets didn’t get changed. At 4:00 am I woke up with a swathe of gum wrapped in a piece of tissue paper. I know for fact it belongs to the previous guess. This ha grossed me out. I couldn’t fall back to sleep for the rest of the night.

Front deak clerk looked and acted very unprofessional and the room was sub par. Cleaning was somewhat lacking and bwd was terrible. If you want a good nights sleep this is not the place.

Staff was okay, pool was not heated (although advertised as heated, the pool was ice cold). Rooms are nicely sized and breakfast is good. It is somewhat annoying how there is a charge for parking considering it is a suburban area and there is not a lack of space.

Employees were very friendly, check in was easy. Breakfast was great & coffee was really good. Clean. 2 issues, people above us were very noisy & kept us awake most of the night. Waking heavy & seemed to be jumping from time to time. Not the hotels fault, as we didn’t complain to them. The room was very clean& appreciated the clean soap s and other shower products were great for sensitive skin & no heavy smells of cleaning chemicals. My only complaint was the comforter was very worn & didn’t feel clean. Pushed it down to not use it. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was big and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. However, the juices they served with breakfast were very watered down. Overall I had a wonderful stay and I will return.

Staff was great. Room was clean. The pillows on the bed were horrible. They were hard and they felt like poly fill. The top cover for the bed was scratchy and uncomfortable. Our maid service waited until so late in the afternoon that we just swapped towels and didn’t have service. The continental breakfast was excellent. Thank you
