My room cost me $85 the sheets on the bed was bloody and the pillow cases was bloody . The man at the desk would not help me and kept saying I’m sorry maam while he was on his cellphone!!

We always stay here on our way through to Philadelphia, and our stays have always been consistently good - that being said - I do feel like if they put more effort into cleaning the rooms - not that they are gross - I wouldn’t stay there if there were - but you can tell corners are being cut in cleaning department - that would have made those 4 stars five - but always a pleasant stay - definitely recommend

Property manager Ramses was not helpful. The room had only 2 towels in the room, and they were dirty. The manager gave me 2 wash cloths and two towels. I asked for a 3rd towel and he told me to use the dirty towel that was in the room to use as the floor towel. I had to clean the tub myself and it was so dirty that you could smell the funk as I cleaned it. The bed was higher at the foot than the head and the smell of smoke/weed was immediate once you entered the non-smoking room. I wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. Not to mention, people were hanging out all night and it was scary because you couldn’t tell if you were about to get robbed or not.

The room was not made when we walked in. The nice gentleman at the lobby changed us room. He was very nice and apologetic of the first room dirtyness. Got us into another room which was clean. The breakfast was tinny and not very with not a bunch of variety and not very appetizing.

Overall pretty much fine, not the cleanest room I've stayed in, and there were burns in the blanket and comforter clearly from a past smoker, even though it was a no-smoking room.
