Poor quality hotel don't recommend

It was not a good experience I would not stay there again nor recommend it. The front desk clerk who checked us in was the nicest staff member, the others were rude. The halls smelled of pot, the elevator was out of service and had been for quite sometime so we had to use the stairs. We had no toilet paper I had to request that, half the time the coffee and water service in the lobby were empty or gone. The breakfast offerings were poor. Overall a bad stay.

No soap in room , said out of soap requested clean towels 2 nd night said they were out of towels! Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Room had musty odor bath tub rusty! I’m done with Comfort Inns

Clean and comfy room!! Walking distance to pizza!

The room itself was spectacular. We were very comfortable and the AC was plenty cold! When we booked the room we weren’t made aware that 1. The building is under remodel/construction so the whole front is torn up with ladders and whatnot. 2. They didn’t tell us the elevators weren’t working so we had to take the stairs up and down to our room after a long day walking miles through a statewide flockswap. The stairs were dirty and need to be redone but if the elevator was working we wouldn’t have even seen that so that’s not a huge deal. Our AC leaked so we woke up to the floor soaked and one of my bags were on the floor by the bed so it was wet through including the things inside it. Shower was hot with good pressure and once again c bed was so comfy! Location was next to to multiple food spots and not far from other things. The building needs some repairs but other than that it was clean (in the room) and very comfy which is what we were looking for.

While we were notified about the elevator not working, we had trouble accessing our room and internet problems. There was also marijuana smell in hallway. We have stayed there a number of times, but the hotel is getting very tired and showing signs of not being looked after very well. It is very unlikely we will stay thee again.

The elevator was broken and the room was on the 4th floor. My husband can’t climb stairs with luggage. We asked for a refund and she told us we needed to get it from you, Expedia. We had no phone number to reach you and couldn’t cancel in the app. WE DIDNT STAY SND NEED A REFUND

In Time of Need

I was there for a family funeral and traveling from Maryland, I needed an early check in to change clothes, the staff was very efficient, accommodating and i was able to check in without any issues. Staff very pleasant, professional and courteous.

Property still under going construction changes so not ALL ice machines and such were working to include the elevator. But very clean and comfy rooms, large. I'd do it again
