Parking is difficult to find. Our room, the bathroom area/tile floor was super cold and felt like we were walking on ice blocks. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of healthy options. Tried working out and 5 minutes in the power went which isn’t fun when you’re trotting on the treadmill.

Unless you enjoy being uncomfortable while you sleep, don’t stay here. To be fair, the rooms are pretty and seem recently renovated, BUT YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE! On a 30 degree, January night, my room should not be a sauna. The uncomfortable warmth became oppressive after showering in a bathroom with no discernible fan. I slept without sheets and listened to my neighbors’ TV until 1 am, when I fell into a sticky and restless sleep. Multiple rooms had their doors propped open with the latch. If I wasn’t wary of strangers, I’d have done the same.

The aspen select had multiple drying out fans in their lobby when we asked about them the manager on duty said that it was for construction on the roof. Our room smelled like smoke. Wasn’t the best experience while here at Mayo.

Right across from the Mayo Clinic hospital. Made it so convient for our stay since did not have to park at the hospital or anything. Honestly, I've walked farther from the parking garage at Mayo than I did from the hotel. Bonus, theres a delightful warm cookie social from 6p-8p which my family loved. Our only negative was the shower head was either a trickle or full blast power wash. We were on the 5th floor.
