Staff very nice and room clean
Very helpful staff and nice room. Clean & comfortable with dining options just steps away. Shuttle to Mayo. I question whether the air conditioner in the room was working properly as it continued to read 74 after being on cold fan 57 all night. It was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in the warmth.
Temperature issue and amenities
Very easy to get to St Mary’s. Easy parking. Clean. Good coffee. Walkable to dining options.
Slow elevator, wasn't informed about water
The hotel is right across the street from St. Mary's Campus. Good size room with great internet. Restaurant next door is very good (Canadian Honker Restaurant). Bad - thin walls; could hear neighbors talk as if in same room.
This is our 2nd stay here and we like the rooms and service! We did have a hiccup with the TV not working and had to switch rooms and then had to my our car the next day, due us parking under an electrical access panel needing to be replaced, but not really things under the control of the staff and if we have to come back to Mayo, St. Mary’s campus, we will stay here again!
Check in was quick and easy and the property was perfect for what i needed for the night! Room was nicely updated!

The female behind the desk should at least greet the guests. 2-3 times my husband and I went past her and nothing. Unlike the male person/s on the desk shift who were professional, each time. Very important aspect for customers. It leaves an impression if the staff is courteous. Otherwise, I enjoyed your hotel

The location was convenient to the Mayo Clinic and a great restaurant The Canadian Honker. The price was okay. The staff were all great and very helpful! It is a dated hotel and the heating system was a little noisy at night even when it was turned completely off. The walls seem paper thin, not easy to darken the room. It was sufficient for my stay with my back surgery but I would choose another hotel chain if I go back for anymore surgeries in the future.
