This is really the only spot to stay around Spring Valley without Driving from Rochester. The Hotel is really getting run down & rooms need updating bad. Bathrooms & carpets are in rough shape & the Comforters on beds are stained etc. It was a place to sleep in a good location so keep that in mind. It's not the Hilton LOL

Gas station right next door. A&W. Across the street Grocery Store within walking distance next door. Beds were comfortable. Had Movies HBo and others on TV.

It was great. It was clean and nice. There wasn't breakfast because of COVID-19
An older hotel but clean. A bit overpriced compared to other hotels BUT there are NO OTHER hotels in the area...so that's why they can charge anything. TV is set at child height- NEEDS to be placed on taller stand. Was quiet & clean, nothing fancy, good for overnight.
Good location. Good value for price. Nice staff. Room adequate. Carpet looked clean but felt a bit sticky on bare feet.
The motel and staff were wonderful, but Orbitz screwed up my reservation horribly! Then when I called for them to fix it, their customer service was rude and hateful. I paid for the upgrade and she said I didn't . So I was jacked out of a room I paid the upgrade on. Will not use them again. But this motel was top notch. Very clean and staff was nice. The guy was upset Orbitz messed up my reservation and offered to fix it next time I stayed since all the suites were booked. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and I must say, upon arrival I checked everything. It was neat and tidy. I loved the fact the shower curtain was detachable so they could wash it.
