Quick overnight stay with a pet and disabled elderly parent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for a wheel chair to navigate.

The staff were really friendly and very good at their jobs. This was the only good thing about this hotel. You are paying for what you get so breakfast( slightly cold) is provided if you pay which doesn’t specify on third party sites. The rooms are clean-ish, the floors were kind of dirty with outside and pet hair. The comforter was kind of sketchy and dirty looking so l did not sleep in the sheets. Again good for me for a night but you pay for what you get.

I booked the room through hotels.com no one mentioned anything to me about being a local I live 27 mi away and you can't live 30 mi away in and out you're considered a local I get there the guy doesn't check me in doesn't refund the money makes me get in touch with hotel.com they don't do anything at all it kept me on hold for 6 hours then it was past midnight then I couldn't get a room they wouldn't refund me my money they didn't do anything they just kept saying sorry so I'm going to f****** do the worst roundhouse karate backflip on every person I see that uses hotel.com don't use the s*** their garbage and I'm going to slap the dude at the front desk at candlestick hotel if I ever see him other than that the place sucked it smelled and they crack everywhere to the employees had a meth lab in the kitchen I seen my wife got stabbed by Dirty needles when she went to the bathroom just walked in there and dirty needles stabbed her

Made excuses for booking with third party. Charging for parking and breakfast . Bed had a huge dent in the middle. Heater made popping noises every 20 minutes rail in shower was rusted toilet sat way too low.

There was no upper sheet on either bed, just a bottom sheet with a duvet insert directly on top of that covered by a sheet on top of that. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic to be expected to sleep next to a duvet insert with no sheet. I remade the bed using a sheet from the spare bed. The sound proofing between rooms was terrible and we could hear every word from the next room until well after 11pm. (This was one of those rooms that adjoin with a locked door between). We asked to move rooms but were told they were fully booked yet there were plenty of rooms available online. The following morning the same neighboring room had the TV blaring at 5am. We will not stay again.
