"I checked in a little after 11 pm. The room we were placed in wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest’s stay. The bed was not made up, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and trash in the room. I notified the front desk clerk who was walking past the room. She said that she would get it handled. 30 mins goes past and we still hadn’t been placed in another room. Called to the front desk, she said she had a customer in front of her. Finally, 20 mins later, she called and stated that she had another room available. We don’t get settled into the new room until after 1 am. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10 am, checkout is at 11 am. I told them to give me an min to get myself together, they were knocking again 15 mins later, no exaggeration. Other than that, the hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good."
