Sleepless night
The reception team upon check in and check out were friendly and helpful.
I explained my windows were open in my room and the radiator was off so my room was unbearably cold for most of the evening.
I stayed in room 401 and this room is very noisy with the road, my bed actually shock during the night from Lorry’s going past. I think I would have had a better sleep laid next to the M25!
The room was mostly clean however behind the bed and sideboards were very dusty as I was looking for plug sockets which again is frustrating not to have one near the bed.
The plug sockets in the room were mostly in use for side lights, kettle and tv so I had to chose what I wanted to use at any one time.
Didn’t use the bar or restaurant so unable to comment.
Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and had a very sleepless night due to the noise and I had upgraded this time with the hope this room would be better but unfortunately not so I would not stay again in the future.
