This condo is located within biking and/or walking distance to everything Rehoboth - Restaurants, Shops, and of course the Beach and Boardwalk! There are two reserved parking spaces at the unit.

Community Pool will remain open until September 28, 2026!!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $118.

This home is a pet friendly rental with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs Only. 1 pet allowance.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. Perfect property for 4 adults. Nice balcony. Very quiet community. Pool is maintained well. Great location for conferences center, my husband walked there. Beach is walkable maybe 20 mins or 4 minutes drive. Apartment had excellent beds ( which usually is my major complaint)High end quality bathrooms . Kitchen had good quality pots, pans and utensils. Easy parking for 2 cars.
