Checkin desk was closed when I arrived, the front desk person barely spoke to me while carrying on a phone call and there was no staff overnight to help when I realized that I did not get my ID back during checkin. Many other people tried to checkin after 10pm and there was no staff available to help, many people were frustrated and the police were called to assist numerous stranded guests.

Went to check in after hours and no one was there could not get hold of anyone on there after hours phone and the elevator was shut off during the night there were cockroaches.

None of the lights or plugs was working in the room, the room had roaches told owner he said I could get my money back or get another room & gave me neither! Bad service it is not good to stay there

When we arrived for check in at 3 pm, no one was at the reception desk. We called the number provided in the hotel signage and waited 30 minutes before someone arrived. Rooms were okay but the wear and tear was very apparent. . Later in the night there was some physical altercation nearby our room resulting in one guest having blood all over his face. Police arrived at the scene to arrest the culprit I would not recommend this hotel to any decent individual.

The hotel I would NOT recommend the room smelt of cigarette smoke made me feel sick. Not one coat hanger, The side of the sink the edging was hanging off. The WiFi did not work . Could not wind the blind up as string snapped some time ago
