Estuvimos muy contentos porque nos quedamos para hacer el maratón de Querétaro y fue súper conveniente estar ahí. El hotel es muy grande está muy limpio y bien cuidado pero ya está muy viejo, hay cosas que se sienten ya muy pasadas de moda, pero es un tema más de Diseño, que de funcionalidad.

Bed was comfortable, staff excellent, and fantastic water pressure in the shower. The view, I wish was better. I have stayed in two separate occasions. On both occasions, it was almost impossible to enjoy the hotel's main areas due to crowds of people waiting to be checked in. The wait area is located in the middle of the loby making it uncomfortable to walk around within the hotel common areas. It would help to have this wait area in a corner with more seating. Doing so, would be win win to all involved, in my opinion. Would I stay again? yes.

Nice, typical 3 Star hotel. Large, clean comfortable room (standard king accommodation), well maintained, easy, quick check-in. Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice bathroom amenities. Large bath towels. Excellent AC with easy controls. Outlets with USB on both sides of bed above night stands.
