Everything was great. Easy walk to town centre. Comfortable rooms. Only thing the kids complained about wifi signal was weak, but I think it was different depending what room you stay in.

This is a very honest review. Pro's: - flexible check in late at night - location, there is a big hill to walk but very close to the city centre of Queenstown - cheap, in comparison to many other places - rooms are huge, allowed my family of six to hang all in one room with ease - parking onsite for free - six heaters in each room Con's: - it is all very aged and tired - bathroom has horrible, sticky floor - huge hill to get into town All in all, I would stay here again for the price and location, but be expecting the room to be drab, bathroom is borderline gross, but very warm and huge.

Absolutely amazing unit! The staff are SO kind and so attentive (Jackie was the best!). The hot tubs are a great addition to the property so relaxing so be sure to sign up for a session! There is currently construction but we were gone all day so it did not impact us. The unit was spotless and everything was in great condition. This is a wonderful value for the money and a 15 minute walk from downtown.
