This spacious home enjoys stunning lake and mountain views and will provide you with a truly luxurious stay.
The open plan living and dining areas take in the views complimented with an impressive kitchen ideal for entertaining. This leads to the generous outdoor area set in a private courtyard which includes a luxurious spa pool, BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.
Large bedrooms each with ensuites are beautifully furnished with the master bedroom sitting on the top level. This large room features a walk in wardrobe, gas fire, a black marble ensuite bathroom and some of the best views Queenstown has to offer.
An additional office can sleep extra guests on the fold out sofa bed.
Lakeview will truly provide the discerning traveller a memorable time in Queenstown.

Overall the property is very nice. Living area is very comfortable and views are lovely as is the top floor (master bedroom and bathroom). However, the lower floors where the other two bedrooms are located is quite dark. And the photos shown on the website for these two rooms are quite misleading. It appears that the trees have grown quite a bit since these photos were taken. In the third bedroom there was a humming noise coming from the garage which could not be turned off which made sleeping difficult. Also if someone was having a shower in one bathroom, it meant that there was no hot water in the other bathrooms. Found out by one of my friends who got cold water halfway through the shower.There is a very complex sound system but unfortunately no-one could explain how to stream our music through the system. However, we did call someone and they were able to provide a portable speaker which was adequate.Also, on one occasion the gardener turned up unannounced which was a little disturbing as we were there at the time. I don't understand why this couldn't have been communicated to us by management.Overall it was a pleasant stay but let down by the above and a few little things. Given the price charged it was a little disappointing.

Worth the $$$
Amazing location, amazing house. Not sure you can get much better. We were lucky to be there over new years watching the fireworks in the bay from the balcony. It was on the pricy side but we all agreed it was worth it and are already taking about coming back to this place in the future.

I only have good things to say about this exclusive villa! The location is a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle, remarkable views from every room in the house, the comfort and quality of this home is very impressive (mattress, linen, towels, coffee machine, appliances, furniture … TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY! This was our second time renting it, and it’s still in mint condition, extremely clean and impeccable!
