It took a very long time to check into the room, and dedpite all that time, the bed was not properly made. We also confirmed a specific room upon booking, only to be given a completely different room on the street level with passersby being able to look into the room.

We loved the amount of space in our suite! The beds were comfortable and the washroom was a perfect size. Getting around Quebec was very easy, 30 min walk to Old Quebec and lots of cafes and grocery stores nearby. Only issue was no housekeeping for the 5 nights we had stayed. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the location was great and the staff were nice and helpful. The only issue I had was rude residents. The noise level was annoying. The people next door and above me were not respectful that there are other guests staying there. Loud music and stomping and running was heard until early morning.

I did not receive an email telling me how to get in the front door. Fortunately, a resident came out so I was able to get in and the desk clerk was good about sending me the email I should have received. She also explained hiw to get in the front door—I have never before needed a code to get in the front door of a hotel. The outside of the building was foreboding and the neighborhood was dark. My room was large and clean, very stark with minimalist furniture and hard surfaces everywhere, and an outlet by the bed that did not workk, but I crawled under the TV and managed to plug in a clock and my device chargers.

Clean and comfortable but missing some amenities such as no coffee or tea or shampoo. Would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the shower controls. Hallways could have better lighting as the black paint makes it really dark.

This property is very basic. Staff will only acknowledge you if you need something, otherwise it’s a very self serve experience. The hotel is located very close to bus stop which runs from the airport, so that’s convenient. I booked this hotel as a last minute stop, although it’s clean and relatively quiet, I would not stay here again.
