Great sunsets!

Really enjoyed my stay in this condo. The views are amazing and unobstructed to the horizon, excellent place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sun set over the Bay. The unit is quiet, clean, and well appointed. Perfect for solo travelers, a couple, or a small family. I really appreciated the building amenities - onsite gym, poolside beverage service, and in-unit laundry. Thanks for the great stay!

Gorgeous location and views

This place is amazing! Great location, great views- we sat on our balcony facing the ocean and watched whales jumping every morning with our coffee. It was exactly what we want d for a romantic getaway. We will stay here every time we come back.

Almost Perfect

The view alone and size of the balcony is a good enough reason to stay here. It is very close to the beach and in the heart of the best part of the Zona Romántica. It is clean and updated. The kitchen is functional. There is a washer and dryer and that’s a plus. The property is fairly secluded and away from the crowds for being in the heart of the zone. The pool is beautiful but it doesn’t get full sun until later in the day. It is almost perfect. So what would make it perfect? A newer bed. The bed is a king but it is old and very soft. So a new firmer mattress would be awesome. It also wouldn’t hurt to have better sheets that weren’t 100% polyester. Also, the apartment could use some plants and decor. But for us these were small things that would not prevent me from staying here again. They would just make the place perfect. But overall, I would not hesitate booking this apartment. You won’t be sorry.

Really nice space with awesome views

The property is beautiful, exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location in the Romantic Zone within walking distance of beach, restaurants and nightlife. The views of the bay are spectacular. Checkin/out was easy. Communication was prompt. All around great place.

Prime location and view.

The views from the balcony were stunning. The weather wasn’t very good during our stay. A lot of clouds and some rain but we managed to take in a couple of sunsets from the balcony. The unit is well furnished. It could benefit from some local art as there is nothing but TV’s on the walls. Aside from that, everything was great!

Great condo and great service in Old Town

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything about the place was great. Casa Hill was a great host with good communication and very friendly service from Eli, who greeted me, and the rest of their team. Not a single complaint and will definitely be back and rent from Casa Hill elsewhere in the future.

Review

Very nice property and very clean. I will offer one simple suggestion. The small round coffee table (as pictured in your ad). Is totally in need of a replacement piece of furniture. The bottom wood is totally falling apart . It’s an easy issue for the owner. Thanks
