This Marriot in the Marina Puerto Vallarta was absolutely one of our favorites hotels ever! We´ve had even the chance to stay in Rosewood hotels but still could not top our Marriot in PV. We stayed at least once a year there since I was pregnant with my now 15yr old boy, but last week was truly disapponting.

4. Later on, on the same first day, there was no hot water in the shower. After a while, the maintenance supervisor arrived and informed us that a part needed to be replaced. As a result, we had to change rooms.
5. When I requested a tea kettle with boiling water for the room, the girl who answered the phone aswered somehow curt and it really took a long time before we got it.
