Rincon del Sol is located within the esteemed Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos gated community. Guests will enjoy exclusive privileges at the Private Beach Club. In addition to the pristine private beach, the Beach Club features a café, gym, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Beach Club has delicious food and is a great place to enjoy breakfast and lunch.
Ricon del Sol also has a salt water pool directly in front of the condo. Completed in the Fall of 2015, the complex is 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone.
The condo has 2 bedrooms with oceanfront views; each with an en suite bathroom with shower.The media room sectional sofa is comprised of 2 twin beds, and has an en suite bathroom with shower. The media room sectional is probably best for 1 child or teenager. Note:the condo is best for children 8 years and older. The large ocean-front balcony, with grill, spans the entire front of the unit. TV's with satellite in media room, master and 2nd bedroom. INCREDIBLE VIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Todd’s condo is absolutely stunning. Better than the pictures we basically lived on the balcony. There is so much space we saw whales almost every day so many different types of birds. The restaurant within the complex is delicious, easy, and inexpensive. I swam laps every day in the pool and I was the only one there just an FYI I don’t know if it’s because it’s winter or it’s always like this, but the sun does not get to the pool. They have these beach jetties with lounge chairs on them and umbrellas. If you walk over to those, you will have all the sun you want, but at the pool, you will not be laying in the sun, which was actually a plus for us because we’re trying to protect our skin. Todd is very responsive and will answer all of your questions. He has a property manager, Eric, who will do grocery shopping for you. I highly recommend this. Just be sure to tell Eric exactly how many of what you asked for you want. This location is south of Puerto Vallarta and very quiet and relaxing. It’s an easy taxi ride over to PV and the security guards are so nice and helpful. They’ll get you one just tell them what time you want to leave. This is truly one of the most relaxing vacations my husband and I have been on. We will definitely be coming back.

I almost want to keep this gem of a condo all to myself! After renting beautiful places in Hawaii, Puerto Vallarta, and Costa Rica over the years, there was always a little something missing—something that made me long for the comforts of home. But this time, I felt utterly pampered; it had more than I could ever need. The condo's decor was straight out of an interior design magazine—everything tasteful and luxurious. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. It wasn't just a distant ocean vista; it felt like we were sailing on the water itself. The unexpected daily cleaning service was the icing on the cake. Not only was our place spotless, but the cleaning lady even organized my cosmetics, making everything easy to find. The condo complex boasts its own beach club with incredibly affordable options for breakfast and lunch. Our daily highlight was visiting the Amixtli Restaurant. Sure, we could have driven to the city center for dinner, but Amixtli was so fantastic, we found ourselves returning night after night. The staff was exceptionally friendly, even playing chess with my son to keep him entertained during a rainy visit. An important tip for ocean lovers: stay in this area. We spent a week at Marina Vallarta's Shangri La, where the water was noticeably dirtier compared to the pristine South Shore. Here, we kayaked and snorkeled near Los Arcos, which was an unforgettable experience. I'm already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Todd!

The property condition, layout and features are hard to beat. Add the view and the owner and support team and you have the ingredients for a perfect stay. Absolutely perfect!

Jorge (concierge) was friendly and very helpful. He made sure our pre-groceries were delivered to our condo and set us up with Betty. Betty cooked several meals for us and were all absolutely delicious. She is very nice, friendly, and helped me get some medicine for my cold. She went above and beyond. Love the condo, the pool and the beach. It was a very relaxing time, especially having Betty spoiling us, I highly recommend her. Have a view (and sound) of ocean as soon a you walk out of the condo. We will definitely be back. Just FYI, everything on site is cash, so bring plenty (food, chef, massage, beach club drinks and food, grocery delivery, doctor, etc).

Simply the Best Trip!

Words really cannot describe how much we enjoyed our trip in this amazingly beautiful condo. Our family of four has taken many, many trips in higher-end vacation rentals - Todd's unit is the most well equipped (the kitchen has it all!), comfortable and tastefully decorated we have ever stayed in. The view is just as described, and the amenities offered both in the unit and the entire condo complex made for a very relaxing stay. The amazing service & assistance we received from both Todd and Jorge the Concierge went above and beyond. We had an unfortunate flight experience which resulted in arriving much later than expected. Both Todd and Jorge were extremely responsive and truly cared about helping us with anything we needed throughout that very long day and the rest of our trip. We used Jorge to book our airport transfers (very well priced), prearranged grocery shopping, massage & restaurant recommendations. Taxis were very easy to get at the guard gate, and all of the employees we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return! Don't hesitate - book it.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this property. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel a wave of relaxation. The view and sound of the ocean is divine, it's beautifully equipped and decorated. The floorplan is great, allows for privacy and together time. The condo and description were above and beyond our expectations! We spent most of our time on the huge balcony that we could hang out at all of the time…rain,sun, dark, sunny. The communication with Todd and the concierge was amazing and they were helpful and available. We went in September which it turns out is the rainy season and we hadn’t paid attention to that. If you don’t want rain September might not be the month for you. We were also there after a hurricane which meant we needed to take a detour to get into town. If you want a quiet, remote place to relax and enjoy a beautiful condo, an amazing view and a small private beach…this is your place!!! I

Most Beautiful Place!!

My family and I just got back from Puerto Vallerta and I have to say we absolutely loved this beautiful condo!! It was by far the nicest rental we ever stayed at. It was decorated beautifully, clean and the views were just stunning!! I loved that it was a bit outside of the city and very calm and peaceful. We loved being to kayak to Los Arcos with our boys and the beach area was clean and a beautiful blue. We thought the cafe had wonderful food and drinks and were very sweet and friendly. We also thought the concierge was outstanding in helping us with our questions, etc. We would love to visit here again!!! Thank you Todd!!!

A little slice of paradise

This property is so beautiful and well appointed. Pictures doesn’t capture the beauty of this place. Some of the highlights for our party was the chefs kitchen that has everything you need to prepare and cook a meal. The patio is huge with a view that will leave you breatheless. The well stocked bathrooms with plenty of toiletries, beach towels, and WiFi was fast so I didn’t miss a beat with work. We also ate at the restaurant and the food and service was amazing. My husband loves to fish so Pedro brought one from home for him to use while we were there. The private beach coves was an added bonus for all of us as we like to swim in the ocean. The water was calm and beautiful. I could go on and on about this place but I will end it with you will not regret booking here. Todd and Jorge were a pleasure to work with. Both very attentive and responsive and they made sure we had whatever we needed and was always a phone call away. This place is a definite recommend for me!

5-Star From Start To Finish

Luxurious, but comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Located in quiet botanical garden estate like setting, yet a short 10 minute drive to downtown. Outside patio overlooks private pool and Pacific Ocean. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need. Todd goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is memorable. We just returned from our 4th stay.

Beyond Our Expectations

Everything about this place, from the view and decor to the concierge and staff were exceptional. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Todd reached out upon our arrival to make sure we were content and had everything we needed. At the club restaurant and pool, the staff treated us as guests of Todd's and made us feel welcome. The concierge went out of their way to make arrangements for grocery shopping, transportation and activities. They were even able to arrange for a birthday cake for my husband. My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough.

Exceptional in every way!

If you want to stay at a gorgeous oceanfront condo, quiet with all the comforts and amenities, this is the place! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, swimming in the pool and the ocean and kayaked to the “Arcos” from the property. There is a restaurant on site as well for breakfast and lunch which we weren’t able to try, except for chips and salsa at the beach. We were treated really well by staff members. To go into town, it’s a 10 minute drive and there’s always something going on and great restaurants to try. We rented a car, but you can get a cheap taxi or Uber as well. I have to say that Todd the owner, was especially helpful and cares that his guests have a great time. He went out of his way to answer my questions and check in once we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here if you need time to relax and enjoy life!

We love this condo so much, we have stayed here twice. It's exceptionally comfortable, beautifully decorated, and directly oceanfront. It has a wonderful, covered balcony. Todd, the owner, is very helpful and he has great magazines!
