Casa Oloier is bright blue and white and sits on a hill that winds down to the water in the Las Conchas neighborhood. This house is within walking distance of the beach. A long terrace lets you enjoy the peaceful neighborhood ambiance on the second floor.

Inside, you are greeted by two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The first bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Up the stairs, you'll find a half bath. The main living area is set with comfortable large sofas, a dining table, and a built-in fireplace. The kitchen is well lit, and well supplied with appliances big and small. Granite countertops complement the kitchen. There is a cabinet in the living room with a large screen TV. The terrace can be accessed through French doors off the living room. There is a second patio on the second floor with access by the half bath. It faces the estuary.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful views. The master bathroom has nice tile work throughout. There is separate master bedroom access to the terrace as well. It will comfortably accommodate a family of 6 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and under).
