Great stay!

Fast & friendly check in, very clean rooms, very comfortable & big! Absolutely awesome breakfast & coffee! Only negative part of stay, the tub was very slippery.

Our room wasn’t ready and it was 5pm! Toilet was clogged and tik was falling off in bathroom! Neither of our drains drained right and the pool was cold. Def not worth the money!

The staff only was visible when I was standing nd waiting for about 10 minutes and than when checking out there was no place to put your key card and the ladies at the front desk never came out to greet or thanked you for staying.

Needs some work.

On first appearance lobby was inviting. Took several minutes before a front desk worker arrived to check us in. No name badge on any staff. Went to room and noticed large pry marks on the door frame by the lock. Door did not want to unlock because of this. Bed was comfortable, couch was firm. It was unclear if the buttons on the wall were for the hvac unit. The flooring went from tile to carpet and the carpet strip to hold down the carpet at the transition would poke our feet. The chair at the desk was sticky in the side. The bathroom was clean, however had its own issues. The shower curtain at the hooks looked ripped and torn from over use. There was very little fabric between the hooks. The towels and washcloths smelled burnt. The dryer obviously has some issues. The box of tissues was wet on the sink. Overall the room seemed dark and dingy. Didn’t use the pool or fitness area. Overall we would stay again, but get a different room. Didn’t feel all that safe because door wouldn’t lock with the deadbolt. The bed was good though and we did get some good sleep.
