Our room was “non-smoking” but as soon as we opened the door it smelled so bad. We went down and told the front desk and they did not offer to give us another room. Instead they said “I can’t imagine that anyone would smoke in there” and then proceeded to give us a bottle of Lysol! The second night of our stay we were abruptly woke up by a fire alarm due to them getting breakfast started. We were told they weren’t allowed to clean the ovens so they started smoking. Also our room was on the side close to the highway so you could hear traffic and loud trucks through the night. Spend the extra money and stay at the Hampton.

Was very hard to get to since i wasnt from the area ! Everytime i went somewhere i had to turn around and go back and the parking lot is too little just my opinion.

Im under 21 and my cousin booked the room for me so I could attend a family funeral. The hotel almost didnt rent to me. Luckily I had my military id with me. Hotel was nice ither than that.

Just clean, very friendly staff. Had a great grab and go breakfast to get you down the road!

There to see family. Nice town. Friendly area and hotel staff

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean and updated facility

In the middle of remodeling but still was very good experience. New furniture was due the week we stayed. Yet the staff made us very comfortable.

Checked into hotel and the lady at front desk was in a hurry but that was ok. Got in the room and it was ok but had a musky smell. Went to call front desk but the phone didn't work. So my husband went down to front desk, he was told no other rooms available, since we were stuck there he requested a few extra pillows the lady said she would bring them up she never did. Tried to connect to the wifi only to find out it wasnt working. Went back down to front desk to inform them and was told sorry theres nothing they could do. At this point it was 930pm and we decided to just get some rest but the fire alarms started going off and we had to evacuate the hotel and wait outside in 30 degree weather till fire department came. Someone set off alarm due to vapping. No discount or refund given. Will never stay here again.

Had Guest room third floor on Hwy side. Very noisy from vehicles.

Internet wouldn't work, called front desk numerous times without any resolution. Asked for different room but was told we would have to pay for other room. Needless to say we will not book there again.

This was a comfortable hotel and the staff was wonderful. I began experiencing an asthma attack shortly after check in. Since it abated when I left the hotel for dinner, I requested a room change. The desk clerk was terrific. We were switched immediately. His main concern was my health. We enjoyed the breakfast and again, the service person was friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel.

The room was clean. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at this location. Two of those times I had to ask for a different room because someone had been smoking in the room before. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was OK. The coffee was nice. I like that this location was very convenient to the business I was conducting and even close to a couple of my family members.

We spent the weekend for Hillbilly days at the Holiday inn express...the staff was wonderful and our room was spotless. Every night there were fresh baked cookies and in the morning a wonderful breakfast!

I had to make a last minute booking for Christmas night after my father was admitted to the hospital. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, and I have absolutely no complaints!

Easy access and convenient for our destination.Late when we checked in but that was not a problem. In fact when I went in the desk clerk called me by name and then wanted to know if that was correct. Breakfast Buffett was very nice. Will consider staying there in the future.

The hotel people were great, the food was very good the room was fine the shower left much to be desired. Oh yeah the room did not lock,

This hotel was in the midst of major reconstruction apparently due to recent flooding. The parking lot was an absolute disaster, the front lobby looked like a war zone and God forbid you needed to use the elevator. The staff was neither apologetic or accommodating. The continental breakfast was ok and the lady there running it was extremely nice. The room was decent, but not nice enough for the price.

The Holiday Inn Express was great about our pets being there. helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and cozy. We laughed , because our bedroom at home was yellow too. It wasn't far from where we needed to be and there was a dairy queen close enough to walk to.
