Everything was good. Bed a little uncomfortable, but can’t please everyone on that.

Older property but very well taken care of and updated. Pleasantly surprised to find lodging of this quality in such a rural venue. Kudos to management and team.

Many upgrades such as the snack bar on Friday and Saturday night the game room area.

I spilled wine all over my husbands dress shirt the night before he was to be in a funeral procession. They found me some Wisk to use and it worked. They saved me!

This is my favorite hotel in the surrounding area. It is very clean and tidy. They also have free Wifi and HBO which is a plus in my book.

The front entrance was visually appealing with flowers, shrubbery, and flags. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities of the hotel were excellent. I looked the center of the hotel. It was very pretty. This hotel is worth the cost and deserves more than a 2 star rating!

This hotel completely met our needs for a very decent price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the inner courtyard is dark and dingy and the whole place reeks of smoke. The comfortable bed and great shower, along with a pool and hot tub that satisfied, made up for the depressing atmosphere and polluted air, and I would stay here again, as there aren't many options in the area.

This was our first trip to the area and thought the Paintsville area was very pretty. The hotel had indoor/outdoor pool, pool tables and ping pong tables for families to enjoy. On the downside - the restaurant had fancy food more suited to adults. the food suitable for younger clientele such as burgers and chicken fingers, was available in the adults only bar. We had to get back in the car to go to an area restaurant for our granddaughter or get the bar food to go.

Get you reservation early or you won't get a room. The alternative hotels in the area are not nearly as nice.

We were there with 16 others from Oklahoma, Ohio, and Texas. Good value for the room size, cleanliness and layout. The Atrium area was great with all the activities they had to keep the children occupied. The corn hole game was great and fun for all ages as well as the ping pong. pool tables, and foosball. The pool area was very nice but the temperature of the inside pool area was unbearable unless you were in the pool. Need to do something to cool the area so that the others sitting and watching can enjoy the area also. Read other reviews prior to my stay and should have stayed clear of the restaurant. Waited 55 minutes for my breakfast after ordering and when it got there it was cold. Nice atmosphere but terrible service and restaurant management.

I generally stay at this hotel because its easy find, a great location, the staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help. I am always impressed at thier friendlinees at all hours and willingness to suggest places to visit, things to do, and even directions to get to them.

The hotel is nice, the bed is too firm for me but may be good for others. Annoying hot and cold spikes in the shower.

The Friday evening buffet was not very good. Few choices and food was not hot enough. Only had fish no meat. Did not eat any other meals there. The employees were very courteous and helpful.
