We just stayed one night for a nearby concert. The staff was very courteous when we checked in and out. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a microwave and frig in the room if you need it and both were very clean. They are in the process of remodeling right now. Would book again.

The staff was amazing, providing a seamless check in and out process. I love the old fashioned layout of the hotel, but also how the rooms were modern. This was a cute, charming hotel in a sleepy town! I stayed for the Bailey Zimmerman concert, which was within walking distance. Beds are super comfy and the shower has wall soap/shampoo/conditioner. I love the Mexican restaurant on the fourth floor! I don’t know I’ll ever be in Pikeville again, but if I am, I’m staying here.
