I have a service dog and told the front desk and still made me pay the pet fee. Its the principal of the matter. I had no issue paying the fee. Plus he was short with me with his replies. Room had mold and the room smelled damp. Never again

Awful!!

Everything was fine until almost 3am. Someone was blasting weird music right outside of our window, they were singing along at the top of their lungs. It was almost 3am and it woke myself and my 10 year old daughter up. Our entire room smelled like marijuana. Do not recommend staying here.

Awful service

The bed had hair in it, and both the sheets and comforter were stained. I asked for new sheets and a new comforter. New sheets were provided after a short delay. I was refused a new comforter because, as I was told, there were no extras. Keep in mind that this hotel seemed virtually vacant. Rather than be given a different room (or even a comforter from a different room), I slept with only a set of sheets. The man working the counter seemed cold and indifferent. I would not stay here again.
