If I knew there was construction going on, I would have not booked. I’m not sure if the room I was given was finished being renovated but there was only one mirror in the bathroom and there were no hangers or place to hang clothing. The smell of paint was very strong. I also didn’t appreciate the staff using foul language speaking about a guests room.

Just a stop in the middle of a 10 day road trip and it is in the middle a renovation but everyone is super nice and everything was clean and the staff was pleasant

Hampton inn was our emergency option after a disastrous experience elsewhere. They attended us with kindness, the place is very clean and although it is under renovation, it looks and is preserved very well. Our room was very spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable. We would choose this place again every time 🙌

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Exposed wires, construction, and other issues makes me believe that they should not be operating until the renovations are further along.

We got a third floor room. The elevator was not working. Thank you for the exercise. The ice machines on the ground floor and 3rd floor didn’t work. So more exercise to the 2nd floor for ice. No shampoo in the bottle But the bed was comfy

The hotel is under an upgrade. The rooms were nice but had issues what water pressure The breakfast buffet was under average- almost like a quick snack so to speak

I gave this 3 stars only because the staff was accommodating and the room was decent. This hotel is currently a mess undergoing renovations and I question whether it should be accepting guests. The lobby completely ripped up and I needed to carry my pup. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom. No toilet paper holder and no hot water this morning.

Was being remodeled, which we didn’t know when we booked. We could not use the gym or pool. The room was not cleaned properly. We had no toilet paper at all. There was a twin sheet trying to fit on a queen bed. The duvet was not put in the cover. There was food left in the fridge. The closet had nothing to hang clothes, and no where to hang a towel in the bathroom either. This was the worse Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.

Terrible front desk worker

My husband was not with me and had made my reservation. I had driven 10 hours with a child and dog. The man at the desk would not let me check in. My husband made the reservation but did not travel with me.
