Had to go through four rooms before finding one that had all electricity working, third room had a keycard in one bed which meant the sheets hadn’t been changed, stained lounge chairs, filthy tub in fourth room but it was the last room I was offered, garbage cans in hallway overflowing with garbage. Over all an absolutely horrible experience. Not convinced the sheets in the fourth room were fresh. Run down and dirty.

The oil was closed for remodel, that should be on website, the breakfast could have done options, not just bagel and bread, two diff cereals. The breads were in lunch baggies, so not sure if handled properly. The place was nicely kept so probly ok

You need a dirrct number to call to talk to a desk person for guaranteed late arrival. I ran into construction and made a wrong turn and it made me later than i expected. It turned out it was no problem but it woud be nice to have that option.

Meh

The water feature for kids and pool were CLOSED due to remodeling but they didn't let us know. The whole reason for staying there was for the kids to play at that water feature. Disappointed kids are no fun. Front entrance is closed for construction but there were no clear signs showing you where you should go to check in. No signage inside to direct you to the front counter either. Melanie was SUPER NICE and deserves a raise!!!! Rooms were clean but had a strong perfume smell due to the chemicals used to clean if you are sensitive. Beds were VERY comfortable. I would stay there again when the pool area is open again.

Reserved two rooms. First room, the bathroom was filthy. The toilet had poo streaks in it, no toilet paper, hair all in the shower and dirty sink. Second room had a soiled comfort with an unknown substance. Both red and brown in color. The website didn’t disclose information about the indoor pool being closed. Having 2 small kids with me, that was the highlight for me to reserve this location. But…….pool was closed and under construction. Went back to hotel the following morning because the clerk charged my card 3 times for 2 rooms. Ended up leaving the hotel right away and paying a higher amount for clean rooms elsewhere. Very disappointed as the hotel took away funds from me that were allocated for my grandkids and myself to enjoy the area. When I went in that next morning, I was yet charged again for the 4TH TIME! Now I don’t have the funds to take grandkids to the Washington Zoo…….. Had to ask family to zelle me money just for gas money to get back to Indianapolis. This was my first time being financially able to provide for my family on a quick overnight trip. What a disappointment.

The room was really big, the minifridge and microwave where tiny and no counter space. Had to go ask for towels like 3 times. The breakfast was toast, bagels, or cereal... Also the pool was under construction but that's meh. Went to the beach just north of here. Good time at the beach and no the trails.
