"We stayed from 16th of may to 24th of may. This is definitely doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Hotel is big with some nice pools and plenty of loungers. Drinks were good. Food was not good, from undercooked to overcooked to salty to bland to poor quality meats. Staff friendliness was 50/50..... some of the bar tenders and waiters were a little rude. Others were very nice. In particular, someone (who I choose not to name) from guest services was extremely condescending and dismissive. We showed up early in the morning to a scheduled event and the instructor never turned up. Guest services insisted the instructor did show up and we were in the wrong place (which we were not!). Overall it was an OK Hotel, but definitely won't be returning."
