the desk staff was nice but the entrance to the hotel and the outside of the hotel in general was very unclean with cigarette butts littering the front entrance. The tv in the room we had at first was broke and no one onsite to fix and the room had an overpowering smell of disinfectant or something. no breakfast as advertised and no restaurant as listed. they did switch us to a king bed room to remedy the tv situation

The bed/bedding was great. I slept wonderfully. The AC worked well. Parking was convenient to the main door. The floor in the room is laminate. Not a problem, and most likely cleaner than carpet, but it was clammy/cold from it being humid and the AC blasting. I didn't care for the flooring. The TV, fridge, four lamps and clock were all unplugged. The dresser top had glass over it and it was dirty. The door was 'loose' and flimsy - not solid. I slid the big chair in front of it for safety reasons. The entire place is outdated and not well kept. The tables in the lobby were filthy (dust, fingerprints). The elevator walls had worn/torn wall paper. A corner/wall was crumbling where something/someone had hit it. The people at the desk weren't friendly. It was lack luster all around. I visited this hotel 20 years ago and it was considered, at that time, to be a premium hotel.

The first room we were in the toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to get another room the next day because there was no maintenance personnel working at that time. The next day our tub drain stopper was broke. The tv channel would only change channels going forward and not reverse. Also vent in restroom was loud, vent motor can be be heard through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Look the reviews about the doors not closing is because the handles are not installed correctly, regardless it’s a cheap hotel that’s 10 minutes from the airport… the room was clean. The lights and plugins don’t all work, but the bed and air conditioner work. It’s not somewhere to brag about staying. It’s a heck of a lot better than waking up at 5 am to drive 2 hours for an early flight. I will use it again. Gym had dumbbells up to like 45 or 50 that’s a plus, and the parking was free. You get what you pay for
