This is one of 5 rental units converted from a large, beautiful, older home in a residential neighborhood in Shady Side. The unit was clean, comfortable and nicely designed and decorated. The photos are accurate and the instructions are clear and helpful.

Shadyside is Great!

The location was perfect for our particular need and the neighborhood has lovely architecture and gardens, all close to restaurants. The unit was immaculate, but with only 2 pillows on the comfy, foam, king-bed. The kitchen was all one needed. Still, there was a sense that we were visiting a begrudging relative with strict house rules and a hard bedtime---and light-leaking window blinds. Remember your sleep mask if you like to sleep past dawn. All in all, it is a fine place, and I would recommend it for location alone.
