Lovely property. Couldn't be more pleased with the physical aspects and with the staff. The only thing keeping me from a 5-star review are the Wi-Fi options. You are given two options for paid Wi-Fi, but with the promise of free internet access if you join their membership rewards program (which I did do, though the process is a bit more involved than most). However, even after joining, I could find no way to access the "free" Wi-Fi option for members. So many travelers need/use Wi-Fi. It would be nice to have an effective option for functional internet access, without having to pay an additional fee. Otherwise, though, we loved the Omni William Penn.

1 night stay - up n the morning at 530 am in order to get my vehicle out of valet parking due to marathon. Went to take a showercand the shower handle was broke, no water. Front desk gave me a hassel about resolving it, when I was already checking out and trying to get out of towm. Will not stay there again and do not reccomend. Valet parking attendants were very professional and helpful in getting mu vehicle and out of the clised off city.

Our stay was great. The room was nice and large, and they had a pack and play already set up for us. We were there the day of the marathon, and when my husband couldn’t get closer than 5 blocks away from the hotel after being routed around by marathon barricades for an hour, a kind bellman walked all of our luggage over on a cart to where he was parked. An excellent stay overall with unmatched service!!

Great historic property with modern amenities and I believe the best shower I’ve used at a hotel. Literally. Would definitely stay here again.

Most of the furniture in the room was dingy and battered. The toilet was broken and had to be hand repaired after each flush. The bath faucet dripped constantly as well. Not worth the price.

Elegance Wins.

We always choose the Omni William Penn Hotel when we stay in town. Its elegance is a magnet, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, not cookie-cutter hotel rooms. The shower and pillows are great (both of which are high on my ratings list!). Even though I live in Sewickley (11 miles away!), we like to stay in town once in a while just for the adventure of it. Thank you for a terrific night!
