Room was ok, suprised there was no refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping skipped us the first day so we had to call down to front desk for towels. Only 1 person on at front desk per shift so took a few tries before phone was answered. Parking is on the street (hard to find spots) or you pay $31 a day for valet parking.

Great location to explore different neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. You are a two minute drive from Shadyside, which has so many restaurants and bars and squirrel Hill. The staff here were very nice. Our hotel room had a huge window with a great view. It would be nice if they finish the bar restaurant so that it would feel more like a bar and restaurant but other than that, I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly.

This was a good hotel. Minor things like the safe in the room wasn’t working and no hairdryer in the bathroom. Staff was very nice, particularly the 2 ladies at the front desk, breakfast was decent and I would stay there again. Well-priced for the general Shadyside area.

The floor needed better cleaning. This happened before. Also the restaurant was not stocked well. Our server, Mackenzie, at the restaurant was excellent but there was hardly anything to choose from on the menu. We spoke to John and he explained there was a transition of managers and menu. This just needs to be addressed. We like the location of the hotel but there needs to be more attention to these details.
