My hotel room did not lock at all, they moved my quickly but it was a hassle. There is not a parking garage, and valet is $32 a night (the hotel is not that nice). The decore doesn’t make much sense and the breakfast is mediocre at best. The staff, are AMAZING!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Would have liked restaurant/bar opened more. Front desk staff were very nice and the valets were quick and very willing to help. The area around the hotel was not great. Not many dining or shopping options within a reasonable walking distance.

The hotel did not have both rooms booked for me and did something to charge me a total of $840.00 total in separate charges to rebook my two original rooms. When I checked out I asked for a copy of my receipt and was told that I would receive it via Hotels.com (red flag). That evening I was able to see my credit card information and saw the crazy billing and I called the hotel back only to get another weird response as to my billing and no copy would be sent out

Misleading photos-needs more maintenance

The pictures were amazingly misleading. The rooms seemed empty, and the condition was awful. Desk is broken, the door didn’t close, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the TV didn’t work until the second day. In the positive side, the workers there were great, very helpful, very understanding, and wonderfully friendly. But this hotel is obviously understaffed, especially on the maintenance side.

Convenient for Phipps and Frick. Valet parking not inexpensive but very quick & convenient. Mostly friendly staff. Poor house keeping - 2 days incomplete towels and coffee supplies, 3rd day no service at all! Breakfast buffer limited - hot food good but no cereals, no fresh fruit, no yoghurt.
