Definitely give 5/5. Love the layout, cleanliness of room and bathroom, and loved the pools. It definitely felt like an island oasis and really had a fantastic time. We will definitely be back.

This property is new, clean, and in a great location! It’s like being at a tropical resort in the mountains! Rooms are spacious. Great pools/hot tub/lazy river. Pool bar and inside bar is great and drinks are delicious! I only have 2 negatives: the beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow. The pillows were terrible! Also, we weren’t a fan of the complimentary breakfast. There are lots of kids at this resort and breakfast was a free for all. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast at the Sunliner at the bottom of the hill. Outstanding! We had a great stay and will 100% stay at this resort again!!!

Almost Perfect

The first thing that I was so impressed with was the cleanliness of the room, the lobby, the elevators, the pool and even the bathrooms next to the pool. Those are normally dirty but not here. I will never stay anywhere else. The only small negetaives is that the rooms were too hot even with the air going. Not sure if there a/c needed updated or what. There was a very good restaurant down stairs but they ran out of american cheese and didnt go and get any for at least 2 days. I went to a dollar store that was close by and got some myself. My boys love cheese burgers but not swiss cheese. And they did not bring to your room for you. Another thing was the smell. It smelled like farts but I think it was because a mexican restautant was close to thd hotel. But overall 4 stars is fair.
