I was searching for a handicap accessible unit that was dog-friendly. I was traveling with my 96-year-old grandmother and her emotional support dog. The layout made it easy to go in and out and being close to town was a plus. The amenity that ended up being super special was the plush "extra" blankets as it has been an extremely cold week! Grandma loved wrapping up in one in the den! Clean and functional unit. TV options were easy to navigate. The kitchen had just what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lexis's cabin. It was close to everything, roomy enough for our family of 7 and one dog, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted. The cabin was cozy, with a fire place, and it is located on a quiet street with plenty of room to walk our dog as far as we wanted. The living room/dining room had plenty of chairs so we could all eat at the table and then move over to the couch and coffee table to play games. Lexis checked in with us to make sure all was good and answered any questions quickly. We would definatly stay here again!

We were all pretty unimpressed with this cabin… From the cleanliness, to the appearance, and just the feel in general of the cabin. Pictures online were super nice and it had great reviews, so we thought it was perfect! But from the second we walked in, it was not great. There’s a musty smell throughout the whole cabin. It doesn’t feel clean. There’s barely enough towels for everyone, and if you need extras, they’re just wadded up in a closet. The whole downstairs basement area feels “damp.” It was 68% humidity the whole time so all our sheets, towels, etc never dried during our entire stay. The decks were covered in leaves when we arrived and honestly, it didn’t feel super safe when we were out on them… I will say maintenance pretty quickly and came and blew off one of the decks, and then changed the air filters - which clearly had not been changed in a LONG time. The two pros I will give this place was the communication with the owner and the location. Lexi’s was very prompt and helped as much as she could. Location was very close to everything so that’s super convenient. Overall, the entire place needs a huge update. Just was a poor stay all together. Not sure how the reviews are as good as they are… We won’t stay here again unfortunately.

Great location. Host very responsive. Place could have used some more amenities such as hand soap in each bathroom and hand towel in each bathroom. Main floor shower needs a new shower curtain liner, it was pretty mildewy. From one cleaning lady to the next, it could have used more finesse. Ceiling fans very dusty, some dust and cobwebs here and there. Back porch could have also used some cleaning. But good all around :)

Enjoyed the cabin and I got to see a bear right in front of the cabin looking out the kitchen window. My grandkids liked playing in the game room and having their own space with bathroom. We also liked that it was close to everyrhing. The host responded back everytime I needed something.

Ticks all the boxes

The house has a downstairs with games, bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for kids, so that the adults could have time together upstairs after bedtime. Kitchen is pretty tiny though, but sufficient if just staying a few days. Everything was straightforward, clean, sufficient. We were minutes from Dollywood, so location was awesome for us.

It was okay

Front porch and back porches were covered in leaves, limbs, branches. We didnt get to enjoy on the porches. The hot tub was excruciatingly hot. Our last night there, we entered the cabin to about a 4 inch beetle/ roach (not sure what it was) on the kitchen wall. The closet in the master bedroom upstairs was a mess and very disorganized and messy. There were three knives loose in the closet, and that’s where all of the extra towels were- all of the towels were just wadded up, thrown in trash bags and loose in the closet. In my opinion, the property was a bit unorganized and messy, for the price paid.

Very Nice!

The cabin was nice and clean, good size bedrooms. Kitchen was very small, but well stocked. I wish there would have been a bit more yard for the dogs but it was enough to get by. It had nice parking for 2 or 3 vehicles, and it is close to all attractions and stores. I would recommend it.

Quiet and convenient

The cabin is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything we needed. You can get to Kroger’s and Publix without having to get out on the busy parkway. It was close to all the attractions. We had a terrific week.

Family vacation

The only thing I can say is that the property was clean. Otherwise, this is not a place to impress your family. I don't know why it has such high reviews. The kitchen is the size of a motorhome. The home is very rustic without any charm.

Awesome place

Very quiet , spacious ,convenient location, gaming room was great! Nice bathrooms, The downstairs bed was amazing, very comfortable. Hot tub was Fantastic. Very clean and the owners are very responsive to questions and take care of any issues quickly We will definitely be staying again!
