This experience was a complete disappointment. The carpet in each area was filthy with stains. The toilet ran for more than 10 minutes. The balcony door did not lock. The television only worked if you used your own streaming apps. The pictures online must have been taken years ago as the cabin is very outdated. When I reached out to cancel the reservation and get atleast a partial refund I was denied. They told me to send them pictures and then blocked my ability to send them. The washer and dryer looks like it’s about to fall through the floor. The 15 to 20 steps are small and at an incredibly steep incline. Not suitable for families with young children or the elderly. The bed frame was crooked and need replaced. The grill was filthy and the cabin had a musty smell.

Too short but wonderful trip

This property is very clean! Lots of room in the cabin, everything was just as it was listed. The hot tub is amazing, the king size bed is very comfortable. The light switches were confusing, we laughed about them the whole time. You have everything you need inside the cabin. It is VERY close to everything! We will most definitely be back!!

Close to everything!

This is a great property close to everything in Pigion Forge, we stayed for Christmas and the cabin was perfect, the hot tub on the deck was an amazing retreat for my wife and I while the kids waited for santa. The host was amazing. One word of caution there are many staris going down tocabin

By the reviews I thought it would be a little cleaner.... lots of spots on the walls... tv volume didnt work half the time. Dishwasher had 2 dirty cups and gross water in the bottom of the dishwasher upon arriving. I feel there ahould be a disclaimer somehwere that its a connected unit you can hear the neighbors verTher dog

Great Experience

This was mine and my family’s first time to pigeon forge , so it’s always a wonder on how the trip will be . Staying in this rental was a great experience! My family didn’t want to leave lol. Everything was exactly as described , and more! Will definitely be staying with them on our next visit without a doubt ! Thanks for having us ! 😁

Weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. Overall the cabin was very nice- full kitchen and large bathroom! Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was awesome and we used daily. Samuel, our host, was responsive and helpful. Some cons- low water pressure in shower, remotes for televisions has no power or volume buttons so you needed to continuously manually adjust them. The view from the back balcony was just ok- the area was less rural than we had hoped and you could see part of the road and school across the street. There was also a car show happening over the weekend we stayed so at times it was loud (even late at night), although this was NOT the fault of the host. We liked the location for its proximity to Gatlinburg and the. National park.

Much needed getaway

This property is exactly as it is described in the listing. We loved that it was close enough to get to everything but off the main parkway. Parking is a bit complicated especially with a family as it is at the bottom of a steep hill but if you plan for it it’s manageable. Cabin was spacious and really could accommodate more family members than we had with us easily. There were a few issues that we encountered but when I contacted the host they were addressed and resolved very quickly with minimal inconvenience on our family and trip. I would suggest that the resort have some kind of grounds on site more frequently or at all especially in the pool areas. My family spent a significant amount of time cleaning up the pool area daily including taking out the trash, skimming the pool and cleaning up debris. However I do not feel that this is a reflection of the host as this is common area utilized by all guests not an area specific to this cabin only. We would stay at the property and resort again in the future

Quaint little cabin

Cabin was clean and perfectly located. Outdoor pool was refreshing but don’t think the bathroom there is not cleaned regularly. Also hot tub at the pool was not working. But the cabin itself was perfect.

Fathers day stay

The good The property was great! Nice location the ac works great it was 92 degrees+ the whole week we where there and it was cold inside the condo it is located in a great place and the pool and hot tub are nice the host answers quickly my family and i had a wonderful time The Bad This is by no means the host fault if you have a disability dont stay here! theres lots of steps i have a tumor and i hurt often there is probably 15 plus steps plus a large hill from the parking lot to the steps so it would take me about 20 mins to walk up the steps and to the car The shower had bad water pressure and the bedroom had no tv remote the second bedroom isnt enclosed and if theres a family above you in the upstairs condo it can get loud sometimes thats really the only complaints Would i stay again? When i get over my health issues absolutely!!!! it was a nice getaway

Dirty Cabin

Found orange scum and mold in the shower stall, mouse poop in two dresser drawers. Very evident that regular deep cleaning is not occurring. Maintenance and general upkeep definitely not occurring as well. Host Samuel Korach not responding to VRBO. Awful experience.
