Positives - Staff is very nice and accomodating, size of room is large, easy access to I17 and pricing. Negatives - Conditon of my room wasn't great (floors were dirty, door had hole in it, etc.), overnight noise disrupted sleep (3:30am someone above me was moving furniture and vacuuming), and some clientele is sketchy. Finally the general area surrounding the hotel is not great.

The room was ok, cleanliness wasn’t the greatest but the area and environment was the worst. I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life. Sketchy people in and out of the hotel all day long. Night time was the worst. I paid for 4 nights and only stood for 1. The pictures look great but once you’re there, it’s honestly the most sketchiest place ever. Expedia definitely got me with the pictures, making it look all good and nice and doesn’t specify the type of people staying. I’m glad to get out with my life.

The beds were comfortable. Room seemed remodel, but is not perfect condition. There was no trash can. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The parking lot was gated. It was fine for the price.

Run down, not enough towels for the amount of people, dog barking all nigh/day, gap under door, plastic on matress was uncomfortable and loud every time you moved, the gate to go to the 2nd floor wouldnt open so had to go all the way around... just not a good place to stay.

I checked into room 201, I came down to the lobby around 5 pm to let the know the shower wasn't working nor the TV they basically brushed me off. And I couldn't shower or get comfortable. They didn't move me til almost 9 pm. It was a big inconvenience. And I was tired and dirty and wanted to shower. They didn't even think about accommodating me a free night. For this inconvenience. And I will be reporting this to the city of PHX. Because if my room didn't have water I'm pretty sure there is other rooms with the same issues.

I had a great experience staying at Stay 7 Studio on North Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. The studio setup was practical and convenient, especially for a longer stay, and everything worked exactly as it should. Housekeeping kept the property in good shape, and common areas were consistently clean. The location is another big plus. Being right off the Black Canyon Highway made it easy to get around Phoenix, and there were plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and essentials within a short drive. It felt like a safe and accessible area, which definitely matters when choosing a place to stay.

When I arrived to the hotel the owner was calling the staff at the desk and telling them to delete reservations. When I got to my room the toilet did not flush, there was no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom countertop was falling off the wall, and there was no tv remote. After talking to the front desk, the toilet and shower were fixed, a remote was brought, and a temporary fix for the counter was put in. It had four walls and a door that locked

We couldn’t stay. The property felt very unsafe. The employees we dealt with were very nice and helpful, but they had been asked by management to cancel our pre-paid reservation before we arrived. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, with cigarette burns on the bedspread. Illegal activities were happening in stairwells and parking lot. It was horrible and should not be offered by Expedia. It was nothing like it appears online.

Filthy, unsafe, supposedly it was nonsmoking and no pets but smoking and pets barking, no hot water, tv didn’t work, people fighting and very loud. Bed was hard and had plastic on mattress so it was noise. Very disappointing nasty place

The staff is nice. The room was remodeled but there was no light no lamps nothing just the bathroom light. There were wood chippings literally everywhere. The beds were hard as the floor with plastic on them. The plastic is too much and the beds should be softer. There was only on trash can and no outlets next to the table stand. The fridge was new with the papers and user manual still inside. It was definitely rushed.
