I hate, hate , hate writing bad reviews but if you’re spending money on a place you need to know. We arrived at 5pm. Check in was at 4pm. It’s self check in, so when my confirm number didn’t work there was someone there to tell me that the room wasn’t ready yet. I booked a two bedroom apartment. He asked if I wanted a different room with only a king size bed. No. So we walked to a restaurant to eat, as they held our bags for us. We got back around 6:30-7, and couldn’t open the front door. There was someone standing there from staff that just kind of ignored us. Another person that was leaving finally opened the door for us. We didn’t self check in, and proceeded up to our smelly room. The apartment was really, really nice. Except for the smell. We were put right by the trash shoot, and you can hear it (I think that’s what I was hearing throughout the night) and smell it. Then there was the broken shower issue in one of the bathrooms, as well as long hairs stuck to the wall. Check out is at 11, they had no time to clean? I’m going to finish with saying I hope this is an isolated incident, and the person that helped me check in was really nice.

The space was GORGEOUS!!! Would stay again on my next visit! HOWEVER- They absolutely need a better system for checking in. Personally I came in as a solo traveler and with my flight delayed I didn't make it in until 3am! So even with all the instructions it can be very scary and overwhelming to not have a direct help line. I think if the check in kiosk should be held in the area guests live it would be much much easier and less confusing.

Staff was helpful at check in which we found confusing. Room was clean and nice but the tv was not easy to operate. The heater was impossible for me to get running and the glow from the box was so bright it was difficult to sleep. Shower floor needs better slip protection and the plate around the shower

It was fine for what I needed, which was a clean play to stay in walking distance from the hospital where I was attending a conference. The apartment was well stocked. I didn’t get to use the amenities but it was nice to have them as an option. But the room and overall building were just super sterile and kind of soulless.
