This hotel was also an apartment complex and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the design of the unit was very modern. The roof deck has a great view, comfortable couches and a fire pit. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool while it was in the 40s outside was fun! The living room furniture was a little small and h comfortable but it was nice to have that bonus space.

This is the best hotel in phoenix at this price point hands down they have every thing. Washer/dreyer, full kitchen,its a 1 bedroom so you have 2 seperate rooms. The pool is heated and open 24 hrs thats un heard of at a hotel. Stay here and you will absolutely fall in love with this place. Oh ya and you can check in any time they have a kiosk you can use that will except payment and give you your room keys

This is for room 1313. Modern condo look and feel, but several issues mean I wouldn't book here again. There was a large splotchy orange stain on the rug by the couch, the lighting is all bright bare bulbs and recessed lighting that give an almost painful glare off of all the shiny surfaces. The tv didn't work, "live" tv used some streaming that returned errors or was "buffered". The bathroom ceiling has some mold coming through from apparent leak above. The shower head plumbing wasn't fully finished and there's a gap into the wall. There was only a down comforter, with no separate sheet, but the AC minimum was 70 degrees, so woke up drenched in sweat in middle of the night. And could hear all footsteps of uspstairs neighbor in the bedroom. Feels thin. Clean and modern, and convenient, so ok if that's all you need for a short stay.

Second time here and already planning future stays , Staff are nice , atmosphere is relaxing , pool amazing my favorite place , units are nice overall . They are not the same size I found out but still had an amazing time celebrating Thanksgiving . The dishwasher had some leaking that’s the only small issue but the new mgr came and introduced herself and wanted to sincerely apologize for that … I felt like I mattered not just someone renting a unit for a couple of days . See you all soon and one particular staff Yandy I believe I’m soo bad at names she is the ultimate best of the best always smiling and helpful however she can and honestly ready to assist to make your stay the best !!!
