The hotel itself is wonderful - location, amenities, rooms - everything met our expectations. The property is clean, there is plenty of parking and the lobby has a nice sitting area and the bar. Location is just perfect with easy access to everything to might need in the King of Prussia area. However, the hotel is severely understaffed, and the staff on premises was not knowledgeable and/or well trained and they would provide conflicting information. The Hilton Honors app was useless for check in - rooms were not ready, check in was not showing in the hotel system, digital keys were not working as they were supposed to. The Hammer and Fire restaurant had the weirdest way of serving the food - the entire order was brought out all at once (the appetizers, salads and main course). Overall, we were happy with our stay, however, there are things that hotel needs to address to make it more appealing for customers that value service.
