Upon check-in, we found garbage from someone's previous visit under the bed. We then called the front desk to have someone rectify this matter. Once we returned to our room later that night, the garbage was all cleared up. Thank you for that! I was disappointed, however, to see that no additional actions were taken to offset our initial frustration with this matter. While I am not expecting a fully comped stay, something above and beyond the minimum should have been done. I will continue to follow up with Hotels.com regarding this.

No complaints about the property and everyone was nice however when I pay this much money for a room at a hotel that advertises VIP treatment I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t have complimentary water in the room. Instead after a long day of traveling I get to my room and there’s two bottles of Fiji water taunting me but they cost 8 dollars each. Seriously? That’s not VIP.
