Restaurant and bar closed so no food available. I checked in at 22:00 not 03:00 in the morning. Utterly ridiculous for an airport hotel. One staff member on reception was just talking and ignored any customer trying to check in. Dreadful. Avoid.

Where do I start? The initial room that I was in was awful. The carpet was damp. The room was dank. The carpet was dirty along the wall of the carpet. It had not been vacuumed for days and days. The bathroom was rusted the space between the floor and the bathtub was rusted and dirty. Along the edge of the door was rusty and dirty. The bathtub grout was dirty had holes in it I asked for another room after complaining to Expedia. They facilitated at least getting another room for me so the new room was as bad as the first room except that they did seem to vacuum the carpet and it was not wet and damp, however, the bathtub faucet ran not dripped, but it constantly ran water. I could not turn it off and obviously you hear it running throughout the night when the front desk was told of the running water in the bathtub they did not have a plumber. Come to take care of that. In addition, they did not clean the room. I went to the front desk and asked about them cleaning the room since we were leaving out and I was told that housekeeping had left for the day? This was approximately 3:30 PM. I asked that they didn’t provide us with a set of towels and water in the room which they provided some towels not a set of towels, they did not provide any additional water and the problem for me was that I had the choice of going to a different location but of course I had a 1130 meetingand I could not afford to move everything from one room to a totally different physical location.

Double Tree

The hotel was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. My first issue is that there is no microwave and no fridge in the rooms. Also the vending and ice area was far from my room. The one issue i had with the bathroom was that the shower head was very weak. The water barely came out. Other than that my stay was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the environment was pleasant.

They rebooked our room when we were sleeping. A woman walked in on us. The breakfast… they advised everyone that the dining room was closing at 10:15. However, the website says they serve breakfast until 11am.

The hotel room needs serious maintenance as there are several broken items that should be fixed. I was also charged twice — the receptionist admitted she mistakenly charged my card a second time and assured me I would be refunded. I never received the refund. I have called the property multiple times, but the phone just rings with no answer. Tip for future guests: take a video of the entire room as soon as you check in, just like I did. I will never return to this hotel. I’m now contacting my bank to dispute the charge.
