"We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite.
The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time?
Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly in the room for a stay in girls movie night and wasn’t able to be fixed.
Fire alarm went off at a very early hour which is beyond control but it ended up being a malfunction so a-little annoying to start our day so early and with very young kids to rush down to the lobby at 6:30pm.
Alittle concerning on how many guests didn’t come down to the lobby for the fire alarm so I hoping a new hotel there is a plan in place to get people out or further reach people of an actual fire. "
